Desiccant Air Dryers We Use
The AMD Series Dryers (4-175 scfm) provide solutions for applications requiring a low pressure dew point of either -100°F or -40°F with flow ranges of 4 – 175 scfm. Equipped for use all over the world, thanks to the wide range of acceptable voltages-between 100 and 240 VAC and 12 to 24 VDC.
The AHLD Series (70-8,000 scfm) is a reliable, heatless desiccant dryer designed for total energy efficiency. Includes purge saving Energy Management System (EMS), NEMA 4 electrical system, mounted-pre filter and after filter standard with each.
The AHCR Series (70-2,000 scfm) is a rugged, heatless desiccant dryer with NEMA 4X stainless steel electrical enclosure, stainless steel control air tubing, no yellow metals, and marine-grade industrial paint (UV resistant outdoor, caustic resistant paint) applied with the Aircel Premium Paint Process. Mounted pre-filter and after filters included standard with each model.
The CDP Series (70 – 1,250 scfm) provides a low dew point in a heatless, regenerative desiccant dryer. Designed to ensure -100°F dew point for critical applications. Great for critical dew point industries such as semi-conductors, cryogenics, and medical devices. Mounted pre-filter and after filter included standard with each model.
The heatless Breathing Air Series (50-1,000 scfm) provide the clean, dry air necessary to keep your workers safe. The BHD System utilizes a seven step process to produce Grade D quality breathing air. This process removes a variety of contaminants, including dust, dirt, water, oil, hydrocarbon vapor, and dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. Standard CO monitor and three-step filtration included with each model.
The ABP (800-10,000 scfm) heated blower purge desiccant air dryer with 2% purge rate was created with energy savings and usability in mind. The high-efficiency blower bringing in ambient air for the regeneration cycle, Aircel Programmable Controller, heatless back-up mode, Parallel Cooling Mode, and standard Energy Management System work seamlessly to create maximum energy savings to the bottom line.
The AEHD (150-3,000 scfm) is an externally heated desiccant dryer with mid-bed energy management based on relative humidity and a purge flow rate of 8% (6% with venturi option). High temperature paint, heater vessel, and hot purge piping with insulation and aluminum jacket protects personnel and prevents heat loss. High efficienc, mounted pre-filter and after filter standard with each model.
The AZP (800 – 10,000 scfm) is a highly efficient, zero purge loss desiccant dryer with near zero dew point spike. A recirculated cooling system moves air more efficiently, eliminating the need for dry, compressed air to be used to cool the dryer. Mounted pre-filter and after filter included standard with each model.
