This translated into a reduction of the plastic injection cycle time\u2014from 14.8 seconds to 12.5 seconds.
The decrease in scrap caused by static-related jams led to significant material savings and better mold preservation.Additionally, the process achieved 100% operational efficiency, comparable to the conditions of new machines, enhancing stability and reliability in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
