What is the Exair Gen 4 ionized air cannon?
The EXAIR fourth generation (Gen4) ionized air cannon neutralizes static electricity and cleans at distances of up to 4.5 meters, without using moving parts. It is ideal for hard-to-reach spaces or confined areas that require a concentrated flow of static eliminating ions. Discharge air volume and air velocity are adjustable for use in light or heavy duty applications.
The ion gun will maximize ionized air flow while minimizing compressed air consumption. Only a small amount of compressed air is used to draw in large volumes of atmospheric air, which spread the generated Ozone ions to neutralize the charges homogeneously.

How does the Exair Ion Air Cannon work?
The Ion Air Cannon incorporates a super air amplifier* and an ionizing ring, energized by a power source. A small amount of compressed air is injected into the air cannon (1️⃣) inducing a high volume of atmospheric air flow through it (2️⃣). An emitter point on the discharge side (3️⃣) ionizes the entire air stream. The result is a high conical flow of ionized air (4️⃣), capable of cleaning and eliminating static at distances of up to 4.5 meters. Since more than 90% of the ionized air is atmospheric air, the ionized air cannon produces strong compressed air savings.
