Description
What are Exair Cabinet Coolers?
EXAIR cabinet coolers (Industrial cabinet cooling solutions) are an efficient and economical way to cool and purge electronic control panels. Coolers for electrical enclosures EXAIR use a Vortex Tube that produces cold air using compressed air, so there are no moving parts to wear out or require maintenance.
Coolers for electrical enclosures EXAIR are compact and can be installed in minutes in any electronic board. In addition, they do not alter the industrial protection rating according to NEMA 12, 4 or 4X. They are available in different sizes and capacities, for large and small boards. The Energy-efficient cooling for cabinets vortex tube included in Exair Cabinet Cooler systems is made of stainless steel. It is resistant to corrosion, rust and oxidation, ensuring long life and maintenance-free operation. The electronic temperature control for EXAIR cabinet coolers has a very precise temperature control. The temperature is maintained with variation no more than ±0.5°C from the set temperature. If the digital readout of the internal electrical board temperature exceeds the setting, the controller activates the solenoid valve (included) to turn on the board cooler and lower the temperature. The ABS/PC plastic enclosure of the controller is compatible with NEMA 12, 4, and 4X.3 environments.
The vortex tubes incorporated in EXAIR's board coolers are constructed of stainless steel. The wear, corrosion and rust resistance of stainless steel ensures long life and maintenance-free operation. All board coolers are UL listed and CE compliant.
