SULLAIR ELECTRONIC SPIRAL VALVE TECHNOLOGY The Sullair E1035H features electronic spiral valve technology.
This technology contributes to versatile efficiency and operation by matching compressor displacement to demand. The increased ability to control air output, especially under varying load conditions, provides up to 60% slowdown.
The electronic spiral valve helps manage air output to account for varying conditions.
Closely matching the air produced with the air required helps save energy and the costs associated with electricity consumption.
VARIABLE CAPACITY AIRENDThe Sullair 26 Series airend is a variable capacity airend equipped with specially designed openings (bypass ports) along the compressor block casting.
The compression volume is varied to match the air demand by progressively opening or closing these bypass ports by means of a rotary spiral valve, the closing of the bypass ports indicating that 100% of the air capacity is compressed.
As the bypass ports are opened, less air is compressed.

If the unit needs to be removed, blocking rings are available for most models. Available for measuring air flow in SCFM or m3/hr on 1/2″ thru 8″ Schedule 40 Iron Pipe, 25mm thru 101mm Aluminum Pipe and for Copper Pipe up to 4″. Consult the factory for NEMA 4 flowmeters.
