Air Compressors We Use
Oil-Flooded Rotary Screw Compressors
Available in a wide range of sizes, between 10 and 400 HP. These compressors are most often used in industrial settings, such as automotive plants or other large-scale manufacturing facilities. These workhorses can operate 8000 hours per year at 100% capacity for 10 years with few problems.
Oil-Free Rotary Screw Compressors
These compressors operate at similarly high capacity as the Oil-Flooded Rotary Screw Compressors, but produce the much higher-quality “Class 0” air. They are usually found in facilities that require high-quality air, such as food production and pharmaceutical facilities.
Oil-Free Scroll Compressors
These compressors produce high-quality air, like the Oil-Free Rotary Screw Compressors, but require no oil at all for use, using a special carbon seal that allows such operation. They are typically used in industrial laboratories or in industrial measurement systems.
One and Two-Stage Reciprocating Air Compressors
Slightly more powerful than the Small Oil-Free Piston Reciprocating Air Compressors, with anywhere from 5 to 20 HP. These economical compressors are most often used in woodworking, ranching, or workshop settings, but can be used in some high-pressure industrial applications as well. These compressors are designed to be rested occasionally.
We stock parts for many of the leading air compression brands, and we have a systematic approach that can help you eliminate inefficiencies throughout your air compression system.
