Liquid Spray Nozzles
Airtec stocks only the finest atomizing nozzles, external mix and internal mix nozzles, and siphon-fed nozzles, because we believe in efficient resource use. Whether you use your nozzles to apply paint, finish, or coating, or simply spray water, Airtec has the perfect nozzle to help you save money and even increase product quality.
EXAIR’s Atomizing Spray Nozzles atomize fluids (most commonly water) in a range of spray patterns for a variety of uses. They combine liquid and compressed air to create a mist of atomized liquid that can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of your application.
At Airtec, we want to simplify compressed air. By helping everyone understand the basics of compressed air and by bringing specialized services to the global industry, we will help make compressed air use more efficient worldwide, one kilowatt-hour at a time. Liquid Nozzles We Use
External Mix Nozzles
External mix nozzles have the highest fl ow rates and allow the air and liquid flows to be adjusted independently. Th ese nozzles are best where precise liquid flow is needed. External mix nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity above 300 cP. Both air and liquid sides are pressure fed.
Internal Mix Nozzles
Internal mix nozzles mix the liquid and air inside the air cap and produce the fi nest atomization. Internal mix nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity up to 300 cP. Both air and liquid sides are pressure fed.
Siphon Fed Nozzles
Siphon fed nozzles require no liquid pressure and can be used with gravity fed liquids or liquids from a siphon height as much as 36 inches (91cm). Siphon fed nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity up to 200 cP.
No Drip Atomizing Nozzles
No Drip atomizing spray nozzles work in the same way our standard atomizing nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off . All models use stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance.
