Air Nozzles & Jets
As compressed air system experts, we at Airtec make sure that we recommend only the best compressed air products to meet your needs. EXAIR offers a complete selection of reliable and powerful air nozzles suitable for a wide range of blow-out, cooling and drying applications. They are available in many configurations and materials to suit the requirements of their use.
How Air Nozzles Work
Air Nozzles use small directed nozzles to amplify compressed airflow by at least 25 times. The air travels along the outer wall of the nozzle, pulling surrounding air into the stream. The airstream that results is a high volume, high velocity blast of air at minimal consumption. Compressed air is then ejected through a series of nozzles on the outer perimeter. The air is always ejected so it can vent safely, well below OSHA dead ended pressure requirements, should the nozzle end be blocked.
Air Nozzles & Jets We Use
Air Nozzles
A simple solution to reduce excessive air consumption and noise levels on compressed air blowoff operations. Choose from EXAIR Air Nozzles and Jets produce outlet flows up to 25 times compressed air consumption using a small amount of compressed air as the power source.
Air Jets
A simple solution to reduce excessive air consumption and noise levels on compressed air blowoff operations. EXAIR Air Nozzles and Jets produce outlet flows up to 25 times compressed air consumption using a small amount of compressed air as the power source.
Stay Set Hoses
Flexible Stay Set Hoses bend to your application and will maintain their orientation until the position needs to be re-adjusted. The airstream can be aimed at precisely the correct spot.
Swivel Fittings
EXAIR’s Swivel Fittings make it easy to adjust the aim of the Air Nozzles and Jets. Correct placement of the blowing angle can help optimize performance, reduce noise levels and improve efficiency. Swivel Fittings permit a movement of 25 degrees from
the center axis for a total movement of 50 degrees. Type 303 or 316 Stainless Steel.
Blowoff Kits
Now you can put together the best combination that suits your blowoff, cooling, drying or cleaning application. Select the model number that includes your choice of Air Nozzle or Jet, a length of Stay Set Hose, and a one or two outlet magnetic base.
Selecting the Correct Air Nozzle
EXAIR manufactures a wide selection of nozzles and air jets. To help you choose the correct nozzle or jet for your application, they are divided into two groups. The first group includes air injectors and jets that deliver strength up to 22 ounces (624 grams) and are suitable for most applications. The second group includes air injectors that produce high force up to 15 pounds (6804 grams) where extra reach and extreme force are required.
Standard Force Air Nozzles
EXAIR’s standard force air nozzles deliver up to 22 ounces (624 grams) of force, allowing you to adapt to almost any blow-out, drying, or cooling applications. Our air nozzles use a small amount of compressed air to entrain large volumes of surrounding air, and then air injectors further use compressed air to draw large volumes of air around the site.
EXAIR’s award-winning super air injectors have been engineered to provide the best possible performance. They are extremely efficient, producing a high thrust, a concentrated high-speed airflow current, and low sound levels, all with minimal air consumption.
High Power Air Nozzles
For applications that require extremely high force and extensive reach, we offer several high-powered EXAIR nozzles. EXAIR High Power Safety Air Injectors, 2” Super High Power Air Injectors, Large Super Air Nozzles and Super Air Injector Clusters all provide incredibly potent blowing force and excellent efficiency. They are ideal for part ejection as well as exhaust, cooling, and drying applications.
EXAIR has built large super air injectors that put the blowing capacity of multiple injectors into a single air injector, enabling force to be measured measured in pounds, not ounces. Every single high-powered nozzle meets OSHA noise and pressure requirements.
As experts in air compression systems, we have the experience to help you choose the best air nozzle or jet for your purposes. We offer a number of different nozzles, so we can help you find the ideal option to fit anything from a small compressor in a workshop to an industrial-sized compressor capable of factory-level work. Our nozzles can help you increase the efficiency of your compression system, helping it function at its peak. Call or email us today and let us help you streamline your compressed air system.
