How the S120 Works
The S120 Oil Vapor Monitor uses a PID (Photo Ionization Detector) sensor to measure oil content in compressed air and other gases with ultra-high precision.
- Sampling: Air or gas is drawn through the sampling hose into the sensor, either in the portable version or fixed installation.
- Measurement: The PID sensor analyzes oil content down to 0.001 mg/m³. If the device includes the dew point option, it also measures humidity to ensure complete air quality.
- Signal and Control: Results are transmitted via 4–20 mA, RS-485 Modbus RTU, relay (NO), or displayed on the optional touchscreen, which can store up to 100 million records.
- Alerts and Maintenance: Integrated LEDs indicate sensor status, service needs, or alarms, allowing immediate action in case of any deviation.
- The S120 ensures your compressed air is always within safe and reliable parameters, preventing product contamination and health risks.
