The STSH-VSD 290 PSI Series is designed for industrial processes that require consistent medium pressure with maximum energy efficiency. Thanks to its Variable Speed Drive (inverter) technology, the compressor automatically adjusts motor speed according to air demand—eliminating unnecessary load/unload cycles and significantly reducing power consumption.
Its Direct Drive design minimizes mechanical losses, while the premium-efficiency IE4 motor optimizes overall energy performance. The system is engineered for continuous 24/7 operation, even in ambient conditions of up to 45°C, ensuring thermal stability and operational reliability.
The integration of a microprocessor-based controller with MODBUS communication and IoT compatibility enables remote supervision, advanced electrical protection, and real-time monitoring—facilitating seamless integration into smart manufacturing environments.

All variable-speed units operate standard at 460V and integrate WEG motors with Class F insulation, ensuring thermal stability and long service life.
The system incorporates AKG coolers with bar-and-plate technology, up to 60% more compact than traditional designs, improving heat dissipation and reducing contaminant buildup. The microprocessor-based controller features integrated phase protection, current monitoring for the main motor and fan, a high-resistance enclosure with IP65 protection, and compatibility with factory-installed or retrofit IoT modules.
