Description

The STSP Series by South-Tek is designed for companies that require consistent compressed air production with pressure stability and high energy efficiency. Its direct-drive system eliminates mechanical losses, optimizes power transmission, and extends equipment service life.
It incorporates high-performance components such as a Termomeccanica airend, IE3/IE4 motors with Class F insulation and IP55 protection rating, a two-stage air/oil separator, and an intelligent cooling system with a thermostatic valve.
Each unit undergoes rigorous testing under demanding conditions to ensure thermal stability, low vibration levels, and reliable 24/7 performance.

Certified High-Performance Engineering
The STSP Series integrates a single-stage, oil-lubricated airend with an air/oil aftercooler. The separation system reduces oil carryover to levels of 2–3 PPM, ensuring air quality and system protection.
The microprocessor-based control panel allows monitoring of pressure, temperature, operating hours, and preventive maintenance schedules. It can also be integrated into remote monitoring and centralized management systems.
Models rated at 75 kW and above incorporate a radial fan for superior cooling, noise reduction, and improved thermal efficiency. The system includes:
- Thermostatic mixing valve for oil temperature control
- Pressure relief valve for operational safety
- High-efficiency intake filters with clogging sensor
- Oil filters with bypass system
