The S230 / S231 are designed for continuous and reliable dew point measurement in demanding industrial applications and potentially explosive atmospheres. Their robust construction and ATEX and IECEx certifications ensure safe operation in hazardous classified zones.
The S230 model features exclusive dual-sensor technology (Polymer + QCM), which automatically optimizes sensitivity to maintain high accuracy even at extremely low humidity levels. The S231 provides stable and reliable performance for applications down to –50 °C Td and at elevated pressures.
Both units are supplied ready for installation and can be easily integrated into control systems via 4–20 mA analog output or Modbus/RTU (RS-485) digital communication. Parameters can be conveniently configured using the service software, enabling fast and efficient commissioning.
