Description

Reliably monitor the actual performance of your air compressors.
The S430 is designed to measure compressed air flow and consumption directly at the compressor outlet, even under demanding conditions such as humid air, high temperatures, and the presence of contaminants. Based on the Pitot tube principle, it provides a robust and stable solution for applications where other sensors are not suitable.
By installing it upstream of the air treatment, the S430 delivers true compressor output data, without estimates or assumptions. This enables performance monitoring, detection of inefficiencies, and data-driven decision-making based on reliable information about flow, consumption, pressure, and temperature of the air supplied to the system.
Applications
Direct measurement of the compressor’s FAD flow to obtain true delivery data.
Monitoring of humid air, dirty gases, and steam directly at the compressor outlet.
Integration into process control systems via analog outputs, pulses, Modbus, or M-Bus.
Installation in pipe diameters from 1’’ to 10’’ (pipe center) and larger using 100 mm installation spacing.
Supervision of industrial compressor performance, enabling energy efficiency optimization and detection of leaks or losses.
Suitable for high-temperature applications up to 200 °C, ensuring stability in demanding environments.
Use in mobile or temporary systems, thanks to pressure installation via ball valve and optional portable power supply.
Advantages
Reliable measurement even with humid air, steam, or the presence of contaminants.
High durability and resistance, as all parts in contact with the flow medium are made of 316L stainless steel.
No mechanical wear parts, reducing maintenance and extending sensor lifespan.
On-site visualization via optional display for velocity, flow, consumption, pressure, and temperature.
Integration flexibility, with multiple output signals for connection to PLCs, SUTO data loggers, or Modbus systems.
Quick and easy installation without system shutdown, using a 3/4” ball valve.
High accuracy and stability, with ±1.5 % of reading value + 0.3 % of full scale.
Compatible with non-corrosive gases and demanding environmental conditions.
