Non-invasive liquid flow monitoring solution

The S462 is an external ultrasonic flow meter for liquids that provides a non-invasive, accurate, and reliable flow monitoring solution for industrial applications. It uses ultrasonic transit-time technology, allowing flow measurement without direct contact with the fluid and without affecting process operation.

Its Clamp-On design enables fast and easy installation on the pipe, eliminating the need for pipe cutting, production shutdowns, or contamination risks. The S462 is available for pipe diameters from DN20 to DN40 and delivers stable and precise readings, even during continuous operation.

The device features a Modbus RTU interface and a 4–20 mA analog output, ensuring easy integration into monitoring, control, and facility management systems. In addition, it is fully compatible with the SUTO ecosystem, including displays, data loggers, and portable devices such as the S330 / S331 and S551.7.
