Description

Portable Compressed Air Analyzer
The S600 is an all-in-one portable analyzer designed to measure and record five critical compressed air parameters: particles, dew point, oil vapor, temperature, and pressure.
Thanks to its ceramic oscillating crystal sensors, it measures dew point with high accuracy from -100 °C to +20 °C Td. Its advanced PID sensor detects oil vapor in ranges from 0.001 to 5 mg/m³, while the laser particle counter identifies sizes from 0.1 µm up to >5 µm, compliant with ISO 8573-4.
The 5” color touchscreen displays real-time measurements and intuitive graphs, and its data logger stores up to 100 million values, generating PDF reports ready for audits.
Additionally, the S600 offers USB and Ethernet (Modbus/TCP) connectivity for data transfer to PCs or SCADA systems, and optionally can connect via 4G/LTE for remote monitoring, making it a complete and portable solution to control compressed air quality in your plant.
Applications

How the S600 Works
The S600 combines several advanced technologies to measure five critical compressed air parameters in a single portable device:
Particle detection: using a laser counter that analyzes sizes from 0.1 µm up to over 5 µm, compliant with ISO 8573-4.
Dew point measurement: ceramic oscillating crystal sensors provide precise data from -100 °C to +20 °C Td, ensuring the air is free from unwanted condensation.
Oil vapor: state-of-the-art PID sensor detects concentrations from 0.001 to 5 mg/m³, helping control compressed air contamination.
Temperature and pressure: simultaneous monitoring of system conditions to correlate air quality results with actual operational status.
Guided measurement flow: built-in software guides the user step by step, performing internal calibrations and automatic purges to obtain reliable results from the first minute.
Data logging and analysis: all data is stored on the device and can be transferred via USB, Ethernet, or 4G/LTE. Results can be exported as PDF reports, ready for audits or integration into SCADA systems.
