The STSD-VSD series is designed to dynamically respond to real-time compressed air demand within variable industrial processes.
Thanks to its Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) system, the compressor automatically adjusts motor speed according to system consumption, reducing unnecessary load/unload cycles and minimizing energy usage.

Precision Industrial Engineering
STSD-VSD compressors use high-efficiency IE3 motors with Class F insulation and tri-voltage configuration in models up to 40 HP. From 50 HP and above, systems operate at standard 460V to facilitate integration into industrial infrastructures.
The microprocessor-based control system includes an optional touchscreen display, integrated phase protection, current monitoring for both main and fan motors, and an enclosure with IP65 protection rating.
It features MODBUS communication and compatibility with IoT modules, both factory-installed and retrofit-ready, enabling remote supervision and predictive maintenance.
Cooling is optimized through high-resistance bar-and-plate heat exchangers, up to 60% more compact than conventional designs, reducing dirt accumulation and improving thermal transfer efficiency.
