Technical Information and General Specifications
The STSP-2 Series is available in configurations ranging from 30 HP to 475 HP, covering a wide range of industrial requirements—from medium-scale operations to high-demand continuous processes. Depending on the model, it can operate at pressures of 100 PSI, 125 PSI, and up to 218 PSI in specific high-pressure versions.
It integrates WEG motors with Class F insulation. Models up to 40 HP feature tri-voltage motors, while higher capacities operate standard at 460V, facilitating integration into existing industrial installations.
The cooling system uses bar-and-plate heat exchanger technology, which is more compact and efficient than traditional fin-and-tube designs. This improves heat dissipation and reduces contaminant buildup on the air side.
The microprocessor-based controller incorporates phase protection, current monitoring for the main motor and fan, a high-resistance enclosure with IP65 protection, and compatibility with IoT modules—both factory-installed and retrofit configurations—enabling advanced monitoring and real-time performance analysis.
