Description

What is the EFC – Electric Flow Control for Compressed Air?
The EXAIR™ EFC™ is an easy-to-use electronic compressed air flow control designed to minimize compressed air consumption in blowing, drying, cooling, conveying, and static elimination operations.
The EFC combines a photoelectric sensor with a timing control that limits compressed air use by shutting off the air control valve when no parts are present. The timing control allows simple adjustment according to application requirements, offering flexibility in detection distance. Available to improve applications with flows up to 350 SCFM.

How it works:
The EXAIR™ EFC™ detects when a part is present and only allows compressed air to flow at that moment. Thanks to its photoelectric sensor and adjustable timer, the valve opens and closes automatically, preventing unnecessary air use. This not only reduces waste but also allows the system to be adapted to different production speeds and detection distances, making every blowing, drying, or cooling operation precise and controlled.
