How does the S606 Breathing Air Quality Analyzer work?
Plant air enters the S606 through its sampling system (1️⃣), where it undergoes an initial 5-minute purge to remove any residual particles and ensure accurate measurements from the start. The device then samples the air every minute (2️⃣), detecting particles ranging from 0.3 to 10 µm in size.
The airflow is evenly distributed within the sensor, ensuring consistent and reliable readings. Additionally, the S606 integrates an alarm system that notifies when particle levels exceed set limits (3️⃣) and can connect to remote monitoring systems to record and analyze data in real time.
With an operating range of 10°C to 40°C and a compact design of 40 x 30 x 25 cm, this analyzer is ideal for maintaining breathable air quality in any industrial plant, providing a safe and controlled environment for workers.
